Product and technical support
Include your macOS version, Jisuan version, Google Chrome version, the steps that led to the problem and any error message. A redacted screenshot can help. Describe the affected standard HTML input field.
Purchases and refunds
Include your order reference and a description of the payment or access issue. Current Pro purchases are one-time payments for one year, with no automatic renewal. Refund requests are reviewed under our Terms of Service and applicable consumer law.
Account and privacy requests
Describe the account or saved-data issue and the action you are requesting. We may need to verify account ownership before changing or disclosing information.
Keep sensitive information private
Never send passwords, verification codes, API keys or full payment-card details. Remove private form content and other sensitive information from screenshots and logs before sharing them.
